2012 Golf Outing
The Quakertown High School Football Booster Club held its annual golf outing fundraiser on Sunday June 3rd at the Wedgewood Golf Club in Coopersburg, PA. There were 90+ golfers and volunteers, along with numerous golf hole sponsors that supported this years outing. Everyone enjoyed the outing despite the thunder storms that hit the area later that afternoon. Fortunately the rain held off long enough for everyone to finish their rounds. All were treated to a wonderful BBQ dinner following the event. There were numerous prizes and awards including rewarding the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place foursomes. All (3) groups finished at -11 under. The winning group of Michael Russo, Dennis McGee, Albert Settembrino and Jeff McClenton are featured below. Their team won after comparing scorecards and reviewing the toughest handicap holes per foursome.
